FireAlpaca is completely free image editing software which you can use to create new illustrations from scratch, as well as edit and improve any photo or image on your PC. Unlike other similar programs, including open source programs like Krita or Gimp, FireAlpaca has a proprietary license and offers a premium version that can be purchased directly through Steam.
Intuitive and convenient interface
One of the most important aspects when it comes to choosing a digital drawing or image editing app is the interface. FireAlpaca not only offers an interface that is very intuitive, but also fully customizable. By default you will have the color picker, palette and brush controls in the windows to the left, and the layer window and navigator on the right. However, if you don't like this layout, you can simply drag any element of the interface and place it wherever you want. You decide how you want the program to look.
Manual, tutorials and tips
If you have already used other digital drawing tools, chances are that you won't have too much trouble getting to grips with FireAlpaca. But just in case you need it, the program has an online manual which you can access directly from the official website. Here you will not only find a host of tutorials to learn how to carry out any action, but also handy tips and tricks. At least one new tip is published every week, helping you to use the app more efficiently.
Differences with the Special Edition
FireAlpaca is free to use, but there is a paid version on Steam. Why? Quite simply, the version available for sale on Steam is called FireAlpaca SE, which has some advantages and new features that are not found in the free version. First of all, this Premium version allows you to remove the ads that appear when you open the program and choose between several colors for the interface. What's more, you can unlock a number of exclusive brushes and the popular Liquify tool.
Create spectacular timelapses
One of FireAlpaca's most interesting features is that it allows you to generate timelapses of your work. By doing so, you can show everyone your illustration process in just a few seconds. To record a timelapse, just remember to click Start Recording before you start drawing. Once you have finished, you will need to click on End Recording. The result will be saved as a 10-second GIF, although you can adjust the length of the GIF if you want to.
An excellent image editing tool
Download FireAlpaca if you are looking for a good alternative to image editing or digital illustration tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. Thanks to this completely free app, you can unleash your imagination and create beautiful illustrations from scratch. And, thanks to its timelapse tool, you can share your creative process with the world.

Even one star is too much for this, it's a children's program. :(
